I don't want to brag, but I guess my blog is kind of a big deal. The potential buyer MUST have read my post yesterday because late in the day we heard from our realtor that they withdrew their bid on the other house and plan to make an offer on ours sometime today.

So, if you read this, send us mojo!

Second Place?

Word from our Dallas realtor is that someone was very serious about our house. Upon further investigation, she discovered it was their second choice. Apparently, the buyer is going to try to work out a price on another house first. IF that falls through, they will come to us.

So close, yet so far. A perfect birthday present would a bid on our Dallas house.
